Refund Policy

Effective date: March 26, 2026

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund for an unused coupon/voucher under the following conditions:

  • The coupon/voucher has NOT been redeemed (status: "Unused").
  • The refund request is submitted before the refund deadline shown on the offer page, order page, or order snapshot.
  • If an offer clearly states a special refund rule, that rule applies; otherwise, post-expiration refunds are not automatically available by default.
  • If the merchant cancels the offer, cannot fulfill it, or the Platform determines that merchant-side responsibility applies, the Platform may assist with a refund or dispute resolution even near or after the original usage period.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The coupon/voucher has already been redeemed.
  • The refund deadline shown for that offer has passed and there is no merchant cancellation, non-fulfillment, or Platform-approved exception.
  • The offer explicitly states "non-refundable" and this was displayed before purchase.

3. Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request through "My Orders" on the Platform.
  2. The Platform will review the request within 1-3 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  4. Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Refund Amount

Approved refunds will be for the full purchase price paid by the user. During the early trial launch, no additional user-side platform service fee is charged; Stripe or other third-party payment processing fees borne by merchants, and whether those fees are returned, are governed by the processor rules and merchant account settlement.

5. Merchant-Initiated Cancellations

If a merchant cancels an offer or is unable to fulfill an offer after purchase, users will receive a full refund automatically. No action is required from the user in this case.

6. Disputes

If you believe your refund request was wrongly denied, please contact our support team at support@yueji.app. We will review your case within 5 business days.

IMPORTANT: We strongly encourage users to resolve refund disputes through our Platform before initiating a chargeback with their credit card company. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may delay resolution.
