Refund Policy
Effective date: March 26, 2026
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund for an unused coupon/voucher under the following conditions:
- The coupon/voucher has NOT been redeemed (status: "Unused").
- The refund request is submitted BEFORE the coupon/voucher expiration date.
- You may still request a refund within 30 days after the coupon/voucher expires.
- The refund request is submitted within the refund window specified on each offer (default: within the validity period of the coupon).
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- The coupon/voucher has already been redeemed.
- The coupon/voucher has expired AND no refund request was submitted before expiration.
- The offer explicitly states "non-refundable" and this was displayed before purchase.
3. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request through "My Orders" on the Platform.
- The Platform will review the request within 1-3 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
4. Refund Amount
Approved refunds will be for the full purchase price paid by the user. Payment processing fees (if any were charged separately) may not be refundable.
5. Merchant-Initiated Cancellations
If a merchant cancels an offer or is unable to fulfill an offer after purchase, users will receive a full refund automatically. No action is required from the user in this case.
6. Disputes
If you believe your refund request was wrongly denied, please contact our support team at liuwei133582@gmail.com. We will review your case within 5 business days.
IMPORTANT: We strongly encourage users to resolve refund disputes through our Platform before initiating a chargeback with their credit card company. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may delay resolution.
